I’m so glad you’re here
true healing starts with HIM
A Christ-centered space for renewing the mind, calming the body, and restoring the soul.
A Place for Biblical Healing & Freedom
Healing His Way is a space dedicated to biblical healing and restoration for the mind, body, and soul. Here, you’ll find encouragement, education, Scripture, prayer resources, and practical tools to help you renew your mind, regulate your nervous system, deepen your relationship with Christ, and walk in lasting freedom. While physical healing can be part of the journey, true healing begins at the heart—through surrender, truth, and transformation in Him.

The Heart Behind Healing His Way
Hi, I’m Lauren. After walking through my own journey of anxiety, physical symptoms, nervous system dysregulation, and deep spiritual growth, I began to realize that true healing is about far more than simply “fixing” the body. God used my healing journey to renew my mind, deepen my dependence on Him, and reveal areas where I needed freedom, surrender, truth, and restoration.
Healing His Way was created to share the things that helped me along the way—biblical encouragement, mind-body healing education, prayer resources, journaling prompts, Scripture, and practical tools for renewing the mind and walking closely with Christ. My hope is that this space helps women experience the peace, freedom, and healing that only He can bring.
